Messaging Consent
Draft – have a lawyer in Georgia review before launch.
Last updated: 17 October 2026 · Version 1
Email and SMS choices
Required booking information is separate from optional reminders. Reminders start unchecked; choose email or SMS. Review invitations have another independent choice. We record the timestamp, channel, language and exact policy/text version. Consent does not enable a disconnected delivery provider. SMS currently needs an SMS connection; optional messages may remain unsent. No marketing subscription is created by booking. Withdraw through [CONTACT EMAIL] or the partner; review invitations also offer their own opt-out. Withdrawal does not undo lawful earlier processing or essential security messages.
Who we are and contact
[COMPANY NAME], registered at [ADDRESS], operates this booking platform in Georgia. Contact: [CONTACT EMAIL]. Partner contact details appear on the business page. Fill in the company registration details, actual provider list and retention schedule before launch.
Roles and purposes
The partner normally decides why customer booking information is used and is the data controller for its appointments. The platform acts as processor when handling bookings on that partner’s instructions. The platform is a controller for its own account security, platform administration and legal obligations. Contracts and actual practices must confirm these roles; partners do not automatically share all platform data.
Data and lawful use
We handle names, Georgian phone numbers, optional emails, service/employee selections, appointment times, requests, consent records and account/security records to arrange and manage bookings, respond to requests, secure accounts and meet applicable duties. Optional reminders and review invitations require separate choices. A Terms checkbox records agreement; it does not make consent the legal basis for every processing activity. Do not send sensitive information that is not needed for a booking.
Providers and sharing
Partners receive their own booking/request information. Authorized hosting, managed email and, only when connected, SMS providers process limited data for the service. Calendly receives information when you use its booking service and applies its own notices. Provider identities, processing locations, international-transfer safeguards and contracts must be confirmed before launch. We do not promise that all processing stays in Georgia.
Retention
Keep identifiable records only as long as needed for the purpose and applicable duties. Current platform settings may use 730 days for older booking identities, 180 days for ordinary logs and a 30-day partner recovery period; cleanup is opt-in, not a guarantee of deletion on these dates. Confirm the actual schedule with partners and a Georgian lawyer. Audit records are append-only with minimized identifiers and currently have no automatic expiry. Backups follow the managed retention cycle and do not erase instantly; lawful records may remain restricted after a request.
Rights and complaints
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction where applicable, and an export of your information. Contact the partner for appointment records or [CONTACT EMAIL] for platform-held data; we may verify your identity proportionately and coordinate with the partner. Deletion is not absolute where lawful retention applies. If dissatisfied, complain first to us and/or the partner and then to the competent Georgian data-protection authority. Confirm the current authority and complaint procedure at launch; these drafts do not replace legal advice.
